  23. and visitors swigging beer to celebrate the deputy warden's
  24. birthday are expecting a delivery of more brews. Surprise!
  25. Black-hooded renegades crash the festivities and escape with
  26. Billy Bibit.

  28. <p>     A former chief intelligence and security officer of the
  29. Bureau of Customs, Bibit was being held on charges of at
  30. tempting to overthrow the government during the failed December
  31. coup. "Today I am free again to continue our struggle for the
  32. cause of good government," said Bibit.
  33. </p>
  34. <p>     An enraged President Corazon Aquino ordered a nationwide
  35. manhunt for Bibit.
